This weekend my parents and I drove down to our lake house in Deep Creek Lake, MD. It was my first boat ride of the year and it was a lot of fun. It was supposed to be in the low 70s all day Saturday, which means sweatshirts and blankets for the boat... but the temperature got up near the 80s so we were in tank tops and bathing suits! Although being in a bathing suit for the first time this summer was fun, it also meant first sunburn of the year. And this... was NOT fun. I am still suffering for my lack of suntan lotion on my stomach and back. Somehow, every year, I get the WORST sunburn when i least expect it...
