Once a year, Frederick has this awesome festival downtown in the city called In The Streets. It's basically where they close off the roads so cars can't get through, and there are vendors EVERYWHERE, bands, food, prizes, contests, face paint, and so much more. It is pretty awesome. It's definitely a good time to live in Frederick. Anyway, Eric and I decided to go for a few hours today and had a great time. I was very overwhelmed by the amount of people though. It was SO crowded I felt a little cramped. I would have to say that the highlight of my day was meeting Joe Theisman (if you don't know who this is, shame on you, but google it). It was AWESOME! I got a picture with him and his autograph and so did Eric. So exciting. Now I have something else to add to my Redskin wall in my room (although my dad seems to think it's going in the basement with all of his Redskin stuff....sorry dad). Here are some pictures I took today!

And the highlight of my day: Joe Theisman.
I think we could be related...
