The fireworks are a little foggy because of all the smoke since I was so close.

fireworks and firecrackers
We ended up not going back to Baker Park for fireworks because Mom and Dad decided to drive to Harpers Ferry, WV to buy the real fireworks, since they are illegal in Maryland. Turns out, they are illegal in West Virginia now too. What happened to Wild and Wonderful? I guess it's just Wonderful now. Anyway, we got some other stuff that ended up being pretty cool. Even though they didn't shoot into the sky, they got about 10-12 feet off of the ground!

How did you photograph the names? That's SO COOL.
ReplyDeletei had to set up my camera on a tripod and then manually hold the shutter so that the shutter was open for like 10 seconds or however long i held it down. so it captured all the light instead of just one instant.
